Carole began meditation in the 1990s. Initially, she bought a meditation program to help her mother who was going through a difficult time in her life, both physically and emotionally. Carole had read how meditation helped enhance the immune system, balance emotions and enhance one’s spiritual well being. As it turned out, her mother was not interested in giving it a try, so Carole began using the mediation program to address her own stress and has been meditating since that time.
Wanting to share the benefits of meditation with others and gain a more in-depth knowledge of meditation, she found McLean Meditation Institute from which she graduated in 2014 from the 200 hr. teacher training program and continues to learn so much from the continuing education they offer. She has also taken Deepak Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation Online Course, and other meditation training programs.
2019 Carole became certified in Mindfulness for Business at
Carole finds it very gratifying to witness a person who has been stressed, depressed, overworked and physically or emotionally drained, completely change as they learn to meditate.
